Yes it is. Its not that safe to ride motorcycles scooters bikes without helmet. Many of BMW C1 riders wear helmet ...
If we were to sort the danger level from the least dangerous to the most we would put it like this:

Ride B-Lon with helmet
Ride other motorcycle with helmet
Ride BMW C1 without helmet
Ride motorcycle without helmet
Less Safe.
2. Mechanics
2.1-What is the garanty of scooter engine?
It depends on country and on dealer.
In USA we give 3years, in europe 3 to 2 years(depends on country).
2.2 What brand is the engine?
The engine is an Honda engine copy but without injection but with carburetor. Its similar engine as in all 250 Honda scooters.
2.3 Do you have spare parts?
We have bought a lot of spares and we have also 2 complete brand new scooters ready to give you any part you need. You could also buy from Honda but we seel cheaper and faster!
2.4 Can I get assistance for scooter?
We have local dealers well spread to full assist your B-Lon. Just contact us to know your local dealers.

The scooter has 4 speekers 2 in front and 2 in back.
